The cat's out of the bag! After posting a few teasers on their facebook page about a big announcement regarding the band's future, KITTIE have now announced the departure of their bassist Ivy Vujic and the return of Trish Doan! In a statement on the band's website Ivy wrote: "After 4 amazing years of jamming with my crazy metal sisters of Kittie, I am officially resigning as their bass player. I've had an incredible time touring the world with these ladies and I am very grateful for all the fun I've had and amazing things I've had the opportunity to experience. My last appearances with Kittie will be our upcoming hometown shows in London (February 17th) and Toronto (February 18th), as well as the Soundwave festival in Australia immediately after (February 25th - March 5th). I wish the Kittie girls the best of luck in all of their future endeavours and I know they will continue to be successful in whatever they do."

The five finnish ladys from INDICA are currently working on their follow up to their successful „A Way Away“ record, which is yet untitled and scheduled to be released in autumn 2012.
Vocalist Jonsu, gives an update from the studio recordings: „We are happy to tell you that we´ve now started to record the next album in „Petrax Studios“. The beginning was difficult as always. We are working with great and really talented guys, Roland Spremberg (producer) and Marc Schettler (sound engineer and mixing), but I must admit that it took some time for all of us, to get used to each others working habits.

2011 has been a great year for the Danish Industrial metal band THE INTERBEING. With the release of the praised debut album ‘Edge of the Obscure’, the band has positioned themselves as one of the most noteworthy new acts on the Danish metal scene. Now the band has been handpicked to play the Metal Hammer UK showcase to be held at SXSW festival in Austin, Texas this year. The editor of Metal Hammer, Alexander Milas, has stated: ”We have deemed them to be of immense international import”.

The Danish hardcore quintet SCARRED BY BEAUTY will be on tour in the UK with English deathcore act The Dead Lay Waitingin April. The band will also travel to China, playing three shows with The Kandidate (DK). This extensive tour through UK and the dates in China is the first leg of an even bigger campaign. SCARRED BY BEAUTYwill very soon reveal plans for Europe mainland – stay tuned!SCARRED BY BEAUTY released their acclaimed album debut Sutra (June 2011), and since then the band has been touring with ferocity. Three big European tours since the release has seen the band taking over Europe and on the way supported acts like The Black Dahlia Murder, Gojira, For the Fallen Dreams, and Bury Your Dead to name a few.

In April 2012 ALL TRAYS FOR VENOM releases their debut album ”Burned By Blackened Sun” in all of Europe on Mighty Music. The album is recorded in Dead Rat Studios with Jacob Bredahl (As We Fight, Exmortem, The Kandidate etc.) as producer and is filled with 12 songs in which the aggressiveness is expressed in hardcore screams, growls, and melodic vocals entangled in both heavy riffs as well as rock solid drums. Like the songs the production is straight forward and aggressive which further complements the compositions. ALL TRAYS FOR VENOM has launched a music video for ‘One World For The Wicked’, that can be seen here. "Burned By Blackend Sun” will be released in Europe Monday April 16th 2012 through Mighty Music/Target Distribution.
