Ahoy, you Rhine Pirates! In 2024, we’re going to dance in a completely electronic way for a change! On 20th April 2024, we’ll set sail from Cologne to Königswinter with our “Vampirates” BLUTENGEL, as well as SOLAR FAKE, SOLITARY EXPERIMENTS and ALIENARE, and we’ll officially declare the Drachenfels as “Bat Country”, once and for all. (Contrary to popular belief, you can, of course, make a stop there! Pure Electro Pop and the fantastic atmosphere aboard the MS RheinEnergie will make for an unforgettable day on the Rhine, with a stop in the legendary city of the Nibelungs.

ENTER SHIKARI have been particularly hard hit by the pandemic. The band, who live so much from the stage, had to postpone their tours several times, while frontman and songwriter Rou Reynolds didn’t want to write any new tracks for a while. But a festival performance changed everything and roused the boys from St. Alban from their lethargy. Live, the quartet is more active with us than ever before (which means something): Before Christmas they caught up on several shows, in April two exclusive release appearances were added, in summer ENTER SHIKARI play at the big festivals Hurricane, Southside and Highfield and next February there will be a Germany tour for the new album.

The Californians hit a nerve with this record and blazed a new trail musically. The band itself doesn’t quite see it that way, having reinvented itself as many times as it has recorded over its long career, the truth is that THRICE themselves were never really satisfied with this album, and if they were to hear it today, singers and Guitarist Dustin Kensrue says it’s not at all the sound they had in mind, because THRICE have always managed to add the icing on the cake to their exciting sound on stage.
