The gates of the underworld are opening up. The masked formation MY FRIEND SKELETON, together with their alter egos of MY SKELETON FRIEND present their double debut album ‘Vanitas’ and show that they’ve more to offer than an outstanding optical façade. On the album, Amayah Sakinah, Archimed Shinigami, Kay Ozz and Violetta tell tales about death and all its wondrous faces. Another surprise keeps brooding in the kitchen of Danse Macabre, as what’s being prepared here fuses the best acts of the Gothic genre with the hottest dance floor projects of the scene. FADERHEAD, SITD, DAS ICH, FAITH AND THE MUSE, as well as KIEW have gathered on the visually impressing debut to witness the upcoming birth of ‘Vanitas’.Source: Newsletter

When PTYL’s debut album ‘Hell Sounds’ was released in Germany in 2005, the media’s response was generally positive: “Newcomer of the Month”, “Electronic Highlight of the Year” and other rewards were given to the Israeli artist PTYL. No wonder, as PTYL combines the decadence of VELVET UNDERGROUND, the complexity of SKINNY PUPPY and the urge of deconstruction of NINE INCH NAILS. In Hebrew the meaning of PTYL is fuse chord, which is burning short time before the detonation. Source: Newsletter

Former Accept-vocalist Udo Dirkschneider is one of the most acknowledged characters in hard rock and never fails to bring down the house at SRF. No wonder - heavy metal won't get much better than the immortal Accept-classics everybody wants to hear and nobody gets tired of, along with the best pieces from U.D.O's own catalogue, twelve studio albums strong to date.
