On 5th March, the new HIGH ON FIRE album ‘Snakes for the Divine’ will be released on Century Media Records (under exclusive licence of E1 Music). The artwork for the new record of the power trio has been created again by Arik Moonhawk and visualises the album title perfectly. Have a look at it in high-res here. The fifth album of the band, successor to the 2007 opus ‘Death is the Communion’ was recorded with Greg Fidelman at “The Pass Studios” in Los Angeles and sounds harder, faster and darker than anything the band has released before. Fidelman, who has been producing SLAYER’s ‘World Painted Blood’ as well as the upcoming METALLICA live album, makes the band’s strength sound more gripping than ever before. By doing that, he gives the sinister lyrical phantasms of the band a kind of trigger-happy appeal.- Details
