Album Details It’s finally time for a good news from the [:SITD:] Headquarter: Two years after the release of their last studio album, [:SITD:]’s fourth album release "ROT" is raring to go. In human colour psychology, "ROT" is associated with energy, heat, blood and strong emotions like: aggression, passion and love. Furthermore "ROT" represents revolutionary movements and symbolizes wrath – one of the seven deadly sins. ROT" will be released as a limited double CD in the usual luxurious packaging, and as a normal edition. The street date for the European release through Accession Records / Indigo will be 23rd October 2009, followed by the North American release through Metropolis Records on 27th October 2009. More details will be announced over the coming weeks. Be sure to keep an eye on the [:SITD:] websites www.sitd.de and www.myspace.com/xsitdx for more info.

Miami's Poison The Well have just announced that after the first night of their US tour w/ Canadian rock act Billy Talent, in support of their new album "The Tropic Rot" (out now on Ferret Music), the band has been robbed of both their touring van and all of their instruments and personal belongings.Says the band:
So this morning we woke up at our delightful Marriot Courtyard hotel (priceline, get into it) and walked outside to get in the van to head to Chicago for our second show of the tour. Only problem, it isn't there. Either someone is pulling some Merlin shit on us and just waiting for the perfect moment to unveil it and calm our shot nerves, or a talented scumbag stole our van and trailer with literally everything we own inside. Needless to say, we're crushed. Our most beloved instruments are gone, and trust me, we're gear nerds.
