When you think of Estonia, the dominating image is that of melancholic, misty landscapes, untouched and romantically dark, breathing peace and loneliness. This country is the home ground of Sinine. The band's music is honest, unaffected and straightforward, without any stereotypical clichés, and of a touching beauty. Stylistically, Sinine's sound wavers between pop, dark wave and metal, combining electronic music with acoustic instruments - a mixture of incredible homogeneity, conclusion and sophistication that shows clearly all the work that has gone into this record. Sinine have spared neither time nor love for detail in the creation of this musical pearl, and that can be felt in every tone and nuance floating out of the loudspeakers.

The 1979 born German singer landed a summer hit in 2006 with ‘Der Sommer unseres Lebens’ which stormed the top 10 of the German charts and stayed in the top 20 for over 10 weeks. The first album with the title ‘Der fliegende Mann’, peaked at #16 of the charts.The new single ‘Steig mit ins Boot’ which will be released digitally on Friday is supposed to be a call to help, to participate, to stand up for a good cause and have fun doing it. The song is the appetizer for the long-awaited second album that will be released at the beginning of 2010. The video to the song can be seen at the following portals:
