The TRASMONKEYS will be releasing their new single ‘Leaving Home’ from the album ‘Smile’ on 5th June 2009. The 5 lads from Bremen, Cologne, Hamburg, and Lancaster are back again and better than ever. The band seems to have done it all the right way with their new album ‘Schuldig’. They entered the German Album Charts on #34 and the tour in April was a full success. In the Metal DJ Charts MRC30 they even climbed to #1 before SUBWAY TO SALLY, PAPA ROACH and MASTODON. The band’s growing up to be a real dance floor burner anyway so it didn’t come to nothing that ‘Flucht ins Glück’, the first single off the album reached the upper ranks in all relevant DJ charts. With ‘Finsternis’ LETZTE INSTANZ presents their second single and with it rocks in unusually stormy manner. ‘Finsternis’ is a real anthem on the good side, on life, on LETZTE INSTANZ. AS bonus tracks on the single you’ll find a remix by the band’s cellist M.Stolz and JESUS ON EXTASY guitarist Chai Deveraux.
