BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE are coming to Germany for selected concerts as part of their tour! It starts again. Concerts are being planned again, and metal veterans BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE will kick off the 2023 concert year as part of their European tour with five Germany stops. The seventh album in the 23-year band history bears the band name, was released on October 22, 2021, via Spinefarm Records, and is the heaviest album to date.
“This is the beginning of Bullet 2.0,” says vocalist and lead guitarist Matt Tuck. “It shows where we are right now. The music is fresh and aggressive. More intense and passionate than ever. I think once people hear it, it's going to make a lot of people smile.” - “It’s the wildest side of Bullet ever,” says lead guitarist Michael “Padge” Paget. “I think we’re really into that direction and can’t wait to grimace on stage!” Vocalist Matt agrees, “Yeah, that's a far more aggressive, intense side of BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE. It’s always been there, but we’ve never opened the floodgates for it before.”
The first single ‘Knives’ made it audible and tangible what the band is talking about and fuelled great anticipation for the nine other songs on the album. Fans will have the chance to hear the new music live for the first time when the band hits Offenbach, Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, and Cologne early next year. “We’re excited to see how people react to the new material,” Padge said. “We can’t wait to finally get back on stage and make music again.”
