Billy Idol @ Tollwood Summer Festival
For quite some years a special festival takes place in Munich twice per year: The Tollwood festival. Also this summer it's time again! In the southern part of the Olympic Park there will be the festival providing you not only good food, a market with interesting stands, but also great events in the Gehrlicher Musik Arena.
On the 4th of July 2012, we can see a right legend on stage: BILLY IDOL. Who does not know his songs as for example ‘White Wedding’, 'Rebel Yell' or also 'Sweet Sixteen'? Since the 1970s, The British rock musician stands already on stage, he celebrated his biggest hits in the 1980s. Even if it has become very quietly around him during the last years, he comes to Germany for a few concerts over and over again - like just at the beginning of July what no one should miss!
