It is always at the farthest end of the festival season in autumn when a little festival takes place that over the years has gained considerable recognition amongst dark music lovers: The Nocturnal Culture Night (NCN) festival, already running in its 7th edition.
As every year, the festival is taking place inside the boundaries of the picturesque landscape of the culture park in a little place called Deutzen (near Leipzig). It’s not only the familiarity of the atmosphere that has shaped its reputation, moreover it is the vast assortment of bands the 
organizers come up with every year anew that differs quite a bit from the usual. That starts already with one of the headlining acts of this year’s festival, PETER HOOK & THE LIGHT with the “Unknown Pleasure & Closer - A Joy Division Celebration” show, playing a set of songs by this famous band where Peter once was member in.
But also the rest of the line-up is something special like every year, since promoters master to combine quite famous acts from the scene, like AGONOIZE or SUICIDE COMMANDO, with rarely seen or unknown ones, like PINK TURNS BLUE, IN LEGEND or DANCE OR DIE. The line-up is not complete by now, but already very promising. And apart from the music there’s, as always, a social program as well, including the traditional medieval market, readings and more that will make the festival a complete experience for all senses. Furthermore, this festival was a special family feeling, it is quite small and there are no overlapping stage times of bands playing on two stages, the big one being a little amphitheatre where you have a great view onto stage no matter where you stand.

Festival Tickets including Camping: 44 €
Festival Tickets without Camping: 41 €
