Robbie Williams – “Swings Both Ways” Tour 2014
In a black suit, ROBBIE WILLIAMS swings through the rows of Berlin’s theatre at the Postdamer Platz whereas the band accompanies him with string and wind instruments. This was the setting at the Bambi event in November and a foretaste of the things awaiting you in May, when Mr Williams will tour Germany with his new album ‘Swing Both Ways’.
The new album ties on the success of his first swing album, ‘Swing When You Are Winning’, from 2001. And not only the new album will be a success, also his live shows have a special spark. When Robbie swings, not only his heart is tumbling, also the hearts of his audience will do. Into his own compositions, like ‘Go Gentle’, but also into the kind he’s presenting classics like ‘Dream A Little Dream Of Me’, is put a lot of love and ease.
Whoever will attend his shows in May should leave warm clothes in the wardrobe but get his dancing shoes out! “Let’s Swing!“
