Since 1997, the Darkstorm Festival does exist. This year, the festival attracts dark music loving people from near and far for the 18th time to Chemnitz' Stadthalle in order to have a huge celebration on Christmas. The music varies from Synth Pop to Harsh Electro and even fans of rock sounds will get their money’s worth.
This year the annual celebration will be with Project Pitchfork, Hocico, Welle:Erdball, In Strict Confidence, Rotersand, DIVE, The Exploding Boy, Grausame Töchter, Coppelius and Ostfront. Seems like a promising line up to end the Christmas boredom and to make people forget they got socks once again as a gift under the Christmas tree. If you like to go out at Christmas and don’t want to give a boring gift, maybe buy your beloved a ticket for this festival and go out together instead of hanging around under your Christmas tree.
