Children of Bodom – “20 YEARS DOWN & DIRTY”
For two decades, the quintet CHILDREN OF BODOM has been one of the most tireless and not least the most successful acts of the Finnish music scene. If the band from Espoo is not in the studio to record a new album, it is almost uninterrupted on tour all over the world. Except for the African continent, CHILDREN OF BODOM have already made almost every country in this globe happy with concerts; thanks to their enormous work ethos and always a new, up-to-date album in their luggage.
Since 1997, nine long-players have appeared, eight of which have climbed to the top ten and five to the top of the charts. And of course, CHILDREN OF BODOM are also very successful: Since their 2005 album ‘Are You Dead Yet?’, every new record has climbed into the top 20 of the German charts - with a highly aggressive, energetic mixture of Black and Melodic Death Metal. Between the 8th and the 27th of March, the five men will tour through Germany with concerts in Hanover, Stuttgart, Munich, Dresden and Berlin where they will again feature the latest album ‘I Worship Chaos’.
