TORI AMOS comes back to Germany in September 2017 to play concerts in Frankfurt, Hamburg, Essen, Berlin and Munich to introduce her new album ‘Native Invader’. Tori is considered enigmatic, bizarre and full of passion. In the course of her amazing career, the internationally recognized singer and songwriter developed into a cult figure in the international music scene. Parallel to the release of their highly anticipated new studio album ‘Native Invader’, the extraordinary interpreter will go on a European tour with several German concerts.
TORI AMOS, one of the most successful and influential artists of her generation, has sold more than 12 million albums, given over 1,000 concerts and received numerous awards. Since her debut ‘Little Earthquakes’ in 1992, she often sent shock waves with her musical revelations. Time and time again, she is receiving recognition for her unprecedented messages and ambivalent confessions that confuse, bewilder and bewitch. With her statements about powerlessness, tenderness and keen determination, she addresses fans all over the world.
‘Native Invader’, Tori’s 15th studio album, follows the highly respected CD ‘Unrepentant Geraldines’, which marked a return to her original identity as a creator of contemporary songs of particular beauty. Her veristic style of writing, which always gives insights into her soul life and her biography, lets her continually cross borders. In her new album, she immerses herself more deeply than ever in personal experiences.
