Other than n the previous years, the BIM Fest will cover two days in 2010…Well, maybe not quite since the Bim-Pre Fest will kind of serve as an entrance event to the actual Bim Fest on 18th December but will by no means be an ordinary party to get everyone into the right mood for what’s to come with the next day. It will be like a separate little event for only a limited amount of visitors. Those will be in for an evening of sophisticated sonic entertainment. The evening will be headlined by British veteran formation
PORTION CONTROL who’ll spread innovative, ever-danceable sounds amongst the people.ESPLENDOR GEOMETRICO precedes them with their harsh, danceable electronica while TWICE A MAN brings the melodic side to the table with their trademark synth/wave hybrid. The evening is being opened by the rather new formations SIXTH JUNE and DARK POEM. For good measure DJ SKULLSCRAPER (Dirk Ivens) and DJ WATTIE will take positions at the turntables to provide you with a varied set full of danceability. Altogether, that will make for a party worth being a part of.
