Hurricane 2019The Hurricane takes place at the Eichenring in Scheeßel since 1997. Over the last years, the festival presented internationally successful artists, popular German acts and a large amount of newcomers, of which some are today’s headliners. Since 1999, there is the twin festival Southside Festival in the South of Germany, which takes place at the same time and with the same line-up. Every year, more than 130,000 visitors from all over Europe come and visit the Hurricane and the Southside Festival. Such a success also is based on the continuous further development of both the Hurricane and the Southside, e.g. by new and more flexible and comfortable accommodation facilities or innovations regarding supply and gastronomic offers. Both festivals come along with their own radio station, the Beck’s Camp FM, that reports live from Scheeßel and Neuhausen ob Eck and provides year-round festival atmosphere as web stream.

w fest2019 flyerW-Fest 2019 takes place from 15th to 18th August in Waregem, Belgium. Already one day before, there is a warm-up with several bands playing. Organiser Erik de Ridder succeeded in setting up an even stronger program for next year’s edition. Next year, around 80 acts will perform in 4 days.

andthenshecame dortmund2018AND THEN SHE CAME (formerly KRYPTERIA) did it again: fuelled by the positive reactions to their debut album from 2016, singer Ji-In Cho, guitarist Olli Singer, bassist Frank Stumvoll and drummer S.C. Kuschnerus have withdrawn to write and record a worthy successor. The result is ‘Kaosystematiq’, a multi-layered work that does not carry its ambivalent title and transcendent artwork for nothing: But as different as the songs are, they are united by the ATSC-own sound. The band itself calls the sound “Adrenalectrica”, a blend of the members’ preferences that combine Rock, Metal, Pop, Soundtrack influences, as well as Gothic and Wave tracks.

A SUmmer's Tal 2018Between deep forests, quaint bogs and breezy birch groves, the A Summer’s Tale in Luhmühlen near Lüneburg is a wonderful world full of musical treasures, performance highlights, exciting film talks, entertaining readings, comedy and theatre performances as well as interesting perspectives and portraits. A multi-day voyage of discovery that anyone can actively participate in: yoga, crafts, cooking, studying, dancing, acting, canoeing, balancing slackline and much, much more, just to let yourself drift and try out what may have been tried before wanted. A Summer’s Tale is a world of its own in the midst of beautiful nature with a carefully selected menu of culinary delights, space and comfort. The festival in the midst of nature is geared to the carefully selected range of culinary specialties, plenty of space and comfort also to families. A Summer's Tale is more than just music: the event is a short holiday that is not tied to age or musical tastes.
