The Belgian trio THE BREATH OF LIFE is already existing since 1985. When they released their second album, ‘Taste of Sorrow’, in 1992, the press particularly celebrated the outstanding voice of Isablle Dekeyser and titled “magical voice”. Many will still remember the club hits ‘Nasty Coud’ and ‘Shining’, which were on heavy rotation at this time. THE BREATH OF LIFE toured throughout Europe and played at all the great festivals the scene has to offer, from the M'era Luna to the WGT.In 2017, the BREATH OF LIFE is back with their new and ninth album, ‘Under The Falling Stars’. The album is mixed, prodiced and mastered by no one less than Gilles Martin (Tuxedomoon, Malaria, Wire, etc.), who has worked with THE BREATH OF LIFE for the first five albums. With more than 30 years of band history, the magical balance between the band members is noticeable even more and again, this release is a beautiful mixture between touching violin sound, a strong voice, hard guitars and bass lines as well as a distinctive wave sound.
