Album Review
MR. KITTY is a one-man band project from the United States. This young guy mixes Synth Pop, Wave and Witchhouse influences to a well sounding musical cocktail called Self-destructive Synth Pop by himself. For me as listener and writer, it is a total new experience, I was never involved in this kind of music anyway. Ok, after some listening to MR. KITTY’s album ‘Time’, I have to confirm that I like it. In lack of knowing other music in this style I cannot make any references or rating it in the case of individuality. Fact is that I like it and listen to it in different situations and moods. Being open minded to something new (for me) is a win situation. The cover artwork is looking like something occult in a retro way, this album is also released on tape what is very cool for collectors. Thank you MR. KITTY for enlightening me.
