42 years since they began, MAGNUM are still active and offers us one more studio album titled ‘Escape From The Shadow Garden’. It is an album full of emotions, nice melodies and epic atmosphere. Clarkin's guitar is for one more time great, the keyboards are giving depth to the songs and Catley's voice is lyrical and passionate. Lyrically we have the usual themes of war and social awareness. The sound of the album is very good and highlights the epic atmosphere of the album and the artwork is for one more time perfect! My favourite tracks of the album are the dynamic 'Love Till You Die' and 'Burning River', the full of emotions 'Crying In The Rain' and 'Valley of Tears' and the straightforward and slightly tougher 'Crying In The Rain'. MAGNUM offering us one more high quality album that deserves to be heard from all the melodic rock fans.
