Bremen (Germany) based ORGANIC CAGE started up in 2002 and has been influenced by different types of media. The first and title track of the EP, ‘Kill your TV’, is a pure example of harsh electro industrial and sounds like a TV that has gone on the fritz with added noise and pounding beats that just echo the fatal blows that can actually kill. You can hear the anger in this tune! In the next track ‘Noisebleed’ is much like the first track but a bit different with some samples and a different theme and faster pounding beats that really get under your skin after awhile with rumbling efficiency. There is so many pounding beats in this song you get a nosebleed just listening to it. The beats in this song sound so perfectly sequenced that it makes you want to get up and rumble.
‘Creative Self Destruction’ slows down a bit but the beats are amazing and sound like deep destruction on subterranean levels. The track ‘Feind Hoert Mit’ is interesting because it sounds a lot different then the others with beats that seem more experimental in skipped sequences but the effect is pretty cool, almost like a gun firing off sporadically in no particular order. The last track seems like a mix of the first track yet sounds very different then the original track. A good remix. All songs seem to have a sexual undertone. Very brutal and hard hitting beats. The beats in each of the songs have different unique themes. It is like harsh electro gone mad in a synthetic technical jungle. Pound! Pound! Pound! There are only 5 tracks but it is interesting to listen to. If you like hard hitting technical beats you will like this album.
