STORMHUNTER is a German Power Metal band that was formed in 1998 and is based in Balingen, Germany. The band has released a demo, three full-length outputs and now this EP called ‘Ready for Boarding’. These guys don’t tale themselves to serious or at least one has to assume according to their song ‘Two Beers (Or not Two Beers)’. The band was named SUBSPHERE for a few years and renamed themselves later when founding member re-joined the band. STORMHUNTER play a rather rough and Thrash Metal inspired kind of Metal that sometimes has elements of Power Metal as well. The TRUST cover of ‘Anti-social’ is very nice and my personal fave sound-wise as it really raises the bar when it comes to high spirits.
