Feuerschwanz & Vroudenspil
Being three people this time in the car we made our way to the snowy Erzgebirge. With the music of FEUERSCHWANZ on repeat and able to sing along nearly every track we came to Annaberg and were looking forward to seeing the concert and having an interview which was organized a few hours before this day.

Eisbrecher & Märzfeld
Not for the first time did EISBRECHER perform in Oberhausen's Turbinenhalle in their almost 13 years long band history. Some days before, the Ruhrpott show of the tour for the new and sixth record ‘Schock’ sold out, also because of the practical Saturday evening date. That came with no surprise as the new long-player received overall positive criticism in contrast with its calm and partly schlager-esque predecessor ‘Die Hölle muss warten’. Alexander Wesselsky and his colleagues brought their Bavarian friends MÄRZFELD for support.

Coppelius & Bodenski
It seems like COPPELIUS are visiting the Matrix in Bochum once a year. Now, the band is on the road with the current album ‘Hertzmaschine‘ and around 300 people (I would guess) followed the invitation. Many of the fans were wearing Steampunk outfits and numerous COPPELIUS shirt were spotted. During the waiting time, all of a sudden some COPPELIUS songs, like ‘Contenance’, were sung. Sounded lovely! Finally at eight, it was time for support act BODENSKI to open the evening.
