Fury in the Slaughterhouse- “NOW Tour” 2022
As the second artist in 2022 the German Band FURY IN THE SLAUGHTERHOUSE came to the SparkassenPark / Mönchengladbach. Fortunately, the weather was sunny along this evening and so the visitors could look forward to the concert with a cold beer or a bratwurst.

It’s been three really long and very unexpected years since the last WGT… When we wrote about the 28th edition of the festival, no one would have guessed what the years after would be like. Both, in 2020 and 2021, it was not possible to arrange the festival due to the pandemic and current restrictions.

Mastodon & Special Guests: Bokassa & De Staat
The last time they could be seen live on German stages in spring 2019, the American Heavy Rock quartet MASTODON has finally confirmed dates in this country again. The Grammy-winning band from Atlanta is coming to Germany for three concerts in June 2022 as part of the promotion of their album ‘Hushed And Grim‘, which was released on October 29, 2021. The show in Dortmund was supported by two fantastic bands, Dutch DE STAAT and BOKASSA from Norway.

Bad Religion - “Age Of Unreason” Tour 2022 - Support: Slime
That evening, the Punk legends BAD RELIGION from the United States of America played in the sold-out Palladium in Cologne. The German Punk band SLIME, who had already helped shape German Punk since the 80s, rocked the venue as the warm-up act.

The Neal Morse Band - “An Evening of Innocence & Danger”
NEAL MORSE is an American singer, multi-instrumentalist, bandleader and progressive Rock composer based in Nashville, Tennessee. In 1992, he formed the Progressive Rock band SPOCK’S BEARD with his brother Alan and released an album which was moderately successful. In 1999, he joined former DREAM THEATER co-founder Mike Portnoy to form the super-group TRANSATLANTIC. In 2002, NEAL MORSE became a born again Christian, left SPOCK’S BEARD and began a Christian Rock solo career, releasing many Progressive Rock concept albums about his new religious faith. In the meantime, he continued to play with TRANSATLANTIC and formed three new bands with Portnoy, YELLOW MATTER CUSTARD, FLYING COLORS and THE NEAL MORSE BAND.
