Three Days Grace - “Outsider” Tour 2018 - Support: Bad Wolves
Cologne just seems to love some good ol’ Canadian Rock shit. I am referring to THREE DAYS GRACE (or ‘3DG’), who have sold so many tickets here that the gig has been upgraded from the Live Music Hall to the more spacious Palladium. Which is basically good news not only for the band, but also for also for potential visitors, as the ventilation system of the Palladium is just so much better than the virtually non-existent one in the Live Music hall.

Saxon - “Thunderbolt 2018 European Tour Part 2” - Support: Raven, FM
Wow! That was a brilliant concert evening in the Haus auensee in Leipzig! Already the two support bands, RAVEN and FM, were able to thrill the audience. I was glad to experience both bands live on stage for the first time. When finally the headliner SAXON entered the stage, the fans cheered. Brilliant! After so many years, SAXON still delivers a fantastic kick ass rock n roll show on stage. With top stage light and very good sound, the audience experienced a concert evening that they will always like to remember.

Haggard - “Bards Of Symphony And Metal - Tour 2018” - Support: Sound Storm + Unshine
Last weekend HAGGARD were guests at the Hellraiser in Leipzig. Wow, what a brilliant concert evening. I have experienced HAGGARD several times live, but this concert was my best HAGGARD concert so far! With great sound and light, the audience was able to experience 13 top-class musicians on stage. HAGGARD is a live experience you should never miss. The evening was opened by the Finnish band UNSHINE and SOUND STORM from Italy. You can find both bands on YouTube and you should definitely listen. Together with all three bands the audience got a great line up.

And Then She Came & Grey Attack
AND THEN SHE CAME (formerly KRYPTERIA) did it again: fuelled by the positive reactions to their debut album from 2016, singer Ji-In Cho, guitarist Olli Singer, bassist Frank Stumvoll and drummer S.C. Kuschnerus have withdrawn to write and record a worthy successor. The result is ‘Kaosystematiq’, a multi-layered work that does not carry its ambivalent title and transcendent artwork for nothing: But as different as the songs are, they are united by the ATSC-own sound. The band itself calls the sound “Adrenalectrica”, a blend of the members’ preferences that combine Rock, Metal, Pop, Soundtrack influences, as well as Gothic and Wave tracks.

Pain Of Salvation - “In The Passing Light Of Day” Tour 2018 - Special Guest: Kingcrow
PAIN OF SALVATION is known far and wide as one of the most vital bands in the resurgence of progressive music. Boasting incredible musicianship, a wide variety of influences, and a darkly poetic approach; PAIN OF SALVATION has a reputation for being unpredictable, outside the box, and willing to experiment with styles. The band’s latest release (from early 2017) is called ‘In the Passing Light of Day’, and it marks a return to the band’s more heavy approach from the early years.
