Out Of Line Weekender 2018 with Agonoize, Icon Of Coil, Solar Fake, Accessory, The Sexorcist, Too Dead To Die, Suicide Commando, Dive, Ordo Rosarius Equilibrio, Panzer AG, Underviewer, Lizard Pool, Telemark, Combichrist, OST+FRONT, Bloodred Hourglass
From 3rd to 5th May 2018, the Out of Line Weekender festival has taken place in Berlin’s Astra Kulturhaus. This year, it was taking place a little bit later as usual, but I think it was a perfect decision, because of nice the weather. Additionally, the visitors could enjoy the sun in a big open space near the club, with many seating possibilities.

GusGus & aYia
For over twenty years, with GUSGUS, Biggi Veira and Daníel Ágúst have counted as one of the most exciting Icelandic exports when it comes to electronic music. A far-fetched label certainly, but to break GUSGUS’ music down to individual genres and subgenres would go beyond the scope of any press release. In the last few years of their career alone, they showed their skills in the genres of Trip Hop, Synth Pop, Deep Techno, and Progressive House - just to name a few.

Macklemore - Additional Show - Dave B., Beeba & Eric Nally
As MACKLEMORE, formerly only known to insiders, and his partner Ryan Lewis went onto their indoor tour through Germany in 2013, the performances were completely sold out. The reason: The underground rapper and his producer had just received multi-platinum awards with the singles ‘Can’t Hold Us’ and ‘Thrift Shop’ and the accompanying album ‘The Heist’ and were more than overwhelmed by the success. In 2014, they led the line-up of the twin festivals Hurricane & Southside, and in 2015 they were headlining the first edition of the German Lollapalooza.

Skid Row, Double Crush Syndrome & Dirty Thrills
The rebellion started in 1986. New Jersey’s SKID ROW were ready to conquer the world. The battlefield was the stage, their songs the ammunition of a musical revolution. Ten top ten singles (including ‘18 And Life’, ‘I Remember You’)! Numerous gold and platinum awards for the debut album ‘Skid Row’ (1989) and ‘Slave to the Grind’ (1991)! The world belonged to them, the rebellion was successful and when there was nothing to fight anymore, the break of the band followed in 1996.
