On September 15 a-ha will play a free outdoor concert in the Kiel Harbour. The concert will be the cornerstone of a Color Line ship christening celebration, and is expected to be 'quite spectacular.' According to Harald Wiik, the a-ha concert will take place during the daytime and the band will bring a special production which has never been used on an a-ha show before. If other recent Color Line events are any indication, there will be many thousands of people present and lots of boats - it will be a very special event that a-ha are excited to be involved with.Source: http://www.a-ha.com/

Your musical taste is requested with immediate effect! At www.newcomer-stage.de you can find all information about the remaining 20 bands taking part in our new comer contest. For each band we have set up an own info page incl. a two track player. Any registered user of our community has the opportunity to judge each band with one (bad) to five (very good) points until May, 31st 2007. To avoid chiselling we will analyse each valuation manually. The top five have to face you, the fans as well as a renowned jury on Wednesday, August 15th on the party tent stage. The winner will fill in the opening slot the next day. We would like to take the opportunity to say thank you to everyone participating and supporting our newcomer contest! Neither this year we are safe from cancellations and therefore SAMSAS TRAUM and DARK FORTRESS will not be playing the SUMMER BREEZE 2007 but we will present you adequate replacements soon.
