After the anniversary editions of Rock am Ring and Rock im Park had to be cancelled this year, the organizers were now able to confirm the headliners from 2020 for the 2021 edition of the twin festivals. From 11th to 13th June 2021, SYSTEM OF A DOWN, GREEN DAY and VOLBEAT, three of the most successful modern Rock bands come exclusively to the Nürburgring and to Nuremberg.

As true legends in the Industrial / Electronic scene, PORTION CONTROL really need no further introduction. Bands like FRONT LINE ASSEMBLY, SKINNY PUPPY and many more would probably not have been the same without this UK-based formation. ‘Head Buried’ is their first release since 2012 (‘Pure Form’) and the material on this limited (500 copies hand numbered) release is described by the band as: “Features a mix of trademark malevolent pieces constructed post ‘Pure Form’. Some instances have been incorporated into transmissions along with clumsy, broken, distressed monotone slabs.”
