When we read the news yesterday, we could not believe it. His band mate Robert Görl spread the sad news on Facebook at the evening. He was just informed that his friend and band mate Gabi died in the night of 22nd March. Short time later, we got the official confirmation by DAF’s booking agency WOD: “Gabriel Delgado Lopez, the singer and co-founder of Deutsch-Amerikanischen Freundschaft (DAF) died on the evening of March 22nd, 2020, completely unexpectedly at the age of 61.”

Recently, Finnish sextet NIGHTWISH announced their ninth record ‘HUMAN. :II: NATURE.’, that will be released on 10th April 2020 and will be a double album containing nine tracks on the main CD and one long track, divided into eight chapters on CD2. Today, they also announced the Finnish metallers AMORPHIS as very special guests on their upcoming Europe tour in fall 2020, alongside TURMION KÄTILÖT, who will be joining as support.

JADU has been hitting artistically hard notes since last year. After the album ‘Nachrichten vom Feind’ was released in early 2019, the Berlin-based band released their new single ‘Auf Drei’ on January 31. Once again, the successful producer Olsen Involtini (i.e. SEEED, PETER FOX, RAMMSTEIN) has participated in the song. Just a few days after the release of the single, the artist went on a European tour as a special guest of LINDEMANN. In autumn she comes back for some club shows.
