White Lies
For a good ten years, WHITE LIES have been playing their New Wave influenced Post-Punk. No, actually longer, because singer and guitarist Harry McVeigh - whose voice was not quite wrong compared to JOY DIVISION’s Ian Curtis - bassist Charles Cave and drummer and keyboardist Jack Lawrence-Brown know each other from school and played under the name FEAR OF FLYING. But a new musical direction called for a renaming, under the new name WHITE LIES they released their style debut album ‘To Lose My Life...’ in 2009 and reached directly the top position in the British charts.

The Streets - “The darker the shadow the brighter the light, part 2” Tour 2019
Mike Skinner is back and ‘Fit But You Know It’. This is known at least since the sold-out concert in Berlin’s Heimathafen club last April. It was followed by all enthusiastically acclaimed reunion shows in the UK, France and the Netherlands, where THE STREETS presented numerous songs from their now legendary back catalog for first time since 2011 live on stage, such as ‘A Grand Do not Come For Free’, ‘Everything Is Borrowed’, ‘The Hardest Way To Make Presented to Easy Living’ or ‘Original Pirate’. In recent months, Mike Skinner not only released five new songs, but is currently working on a new album, which is also the soundtrack to his new film project. Something’s going on at THE STREETS and that’s why Mike Skinner is finally putting the band back on the road in February 2019. The “The darker the shadow the brighter the light, part 2” tour will also include a show in Cologne.

Philipp Poisel - “10 Jahre Club Tour” 2019
On 21st September, the sold-out anniversary tour of PHILIPP POISEL began across 15 cities in Germany with the first concert in Munich. After Poisel was able to inspire more than 120,000 spectators on its last arena tour, as well as a number 1 album and a sold-out open-air tour, the upcoming tour is again dominated by the clubs and halls, the sweat dripping from the ceiling, and proximity to the audience. And the fifteen concerts from September to October were, as so often with PHILIPP POISEL, sold out within a very short time! No wonder, the upcoming concerts follow a jubilee path of his first club tour of 10 years ago.
