“I believe in the fans. I believe in metal more than anybody you've ever met. And another thing, I'm prepared to die for metal. Are you?” This is what MANOWAR bassist and keyboardist Mr. Joey DeMaio said during a 2006 interview with Rock Hard Magazine. This year, the "Kings of Metal" will embark on their "Final Battle Tour" all around the globe gracing German stages on twelve days. If you're also a "Manowarrior" who is prepared to die for metal and go to Valhalla, you won't miss MANOWAR this November or December when they are in town for the final time, will you?! Joey says: “We will march to the Final Battle as we have done throughout our entire career: Giving EVERYTHING for our fans! The victory is ours but the glory belongs to our legion of fans!”- Details

Maya Postepski, the renowned drummer, synth-wizard and producer, has left the Canadian synth pop band AUSTRA: “For me, it was the end of a cycle”, says Maya. “I wasn't motivated anymore by the direction taken by the band, both musically and humanly.” Maya didn't take long before finding another project and the good news is that she has re-joined Robert Alfons, from TR/ST, with whom she had recorded and produced TR/ST's legendary first eponymous album, back in 2012. “We have started working on new songs and the alchemy is awesome. It's a bit darker than some of the stuff we did before but it's profound, magical and very groovy.” Having had the opportunity to listen to a few demo's, we are able to confirm: this is going to be “colossal”!- Details

With ‘Less Than’, NINE INCH NAILS just released the appetizer for their new EP ‘Add Violence’, out on 21st July 2017. The new 5-track EP is, after ‘Not The Actual Events’ from last December, the second part of a three-piece EP series. ‘Add Violence’ finds NIN becoming more accessible and impenetrable at the same time. The sonic palette expands significantly from not the actual events, incorporating elements of beauty into the dark dissonance. Brighton’s ARCHITECTS are a band who have never shied away from challenging the world around them. Long praised as some of modern metal’s most progressive-thinking minds, for the past decade, the Sussex-based quartet have pushed boundaries, redefined genres, and never feared having to question themselves in order for their art to leave its mark. Their current album ‘All Our Gods Have Abandoned Us’ sums up the worldwide anger and disillusion in search of some semblance of hope for a world increasingly consumed by fear, anger and confusion. The band devote time and energies to environmental causes and vocalist Sam Carter is an ambassador for ocean preservation charity Sea Shepherd.
