New York hardcore legends MADBALL have entered the studio to begin work on their 8th full length release, their first since 2010's 'Empire'. The band is recording basic tracks with UNEARTH's talented guitarist Ken Susi at System Recordings in Grafton, Massachusetts. Additional recordings will take place at Pinecrust Studios, in Miami, Florida with Jonathan Nuñez at the helm.- Details

Polish death metal legends VADER just announced to release a special 7“ single off their upcoming album “TIBI ET IGNI”. The 7” single is titled “Go To Hell” and includes following songs:Side A: “Where Angels Weep”
Side B: “Triumph Of Death”

On March 10, 2014 Polish Tech Death masters DECAPITATED hit Hertz Studio, located at Bialystok in their native Poland, to record their sixth record. The yet untitled creation is set for a release in September via Nuclear Blast. In another note, the band also announces drummer Michal Lysejko as a full-time member of DECAPITATED. Michal has already joined the foursome in time for their tour with LAMB OF GOD in January.- Details

March 12, 2014 - Hollywood, California - Industrial metal legend Wayne Static of Static-X has announced the dates of the Wisconsin Death Trip 15th Anniversary Tour. We Are The Riot and Corvus offer support on the tour which kicks off on April 5th in Tempe, Arizona.I can't believe it's been almost 15 years to the day since Wisconsin Death Trip was released, and in 1999 I never could have predicted all the love from all you Evil Disco followers for so many years. This tour is for all the hardcores as a celebration of what we have accomplished together. 15 years later and I'm still kicking thanks to all of you! We are going to play the cd top to bottom and it's gonna be a blast to pull out some of the old tracks that I have not performed live in years, some that have never been played live, and of course all the songs that have become staples of my show. WDT is a rather short cd, so you can also look forward to a hefty encore that will be different every night! This is going to be insane! - Wayne Static
