Greek melodic Metallers FIREWIND, lead by guitar wizard and Ozzy Osbourne band-member Gus G., are soon to unleash their newest studio album "Few Against Many" on May 21st, 2012 via Century Media Records in Europe.

Rock/metal band DieVanity will release its first studio album, "Ordinary Death Of Something Beautiful", on June 22nd via logic(il)logic Records.

The band's history starts in 2006, when the singer Federico Cardinale and the guitar player Andrea Machetta try to give life to a musical project called “Dovetail” in order to express their common passion for rock and metal sonorities. After some home-recording experiences, the situation moves on in 2009 when Andrea and Federico find the members to complete the line up: Anselmo Zoccali (drums), Fabrizio Di Munno (rhythm guitar), Andrea Traversa (bass guitar).

Standby Records is pleased to announce the much anticipated premiere of Davey Suicide’s video for ‘Generation Fuck Star’ through BlankTV. The track, a symphony of post industrial metal rebellion, is energetic and explosive. The video was directed by renowned photographer and filmmaker Chad Michael Ward, who’s prior work has included Marilyn Manson, Fear Factory, and Combichrist. Frontman and the namesake for Davey Suicide, states “I feel like visually, this video is what the soundtrack of this generation should feel like.” The video for ‘Generation Fuck Star’ combines alternative individuality and how we all must band together as one; no matter if you are drug addicts, street punks or getting fucked with. The video presents the sense of social isolation felt by many teens; rather than wallowing in self-pity. It empowers people.
