After stoking the flames in our Gelsenkirchen electro-forges for the first half of this year, "Dependence 2012" showcases the fireworks that will be on display at Dependent in summer and autumn. "Dependence 2012" will contain unreleased and exclusive recordings from veteran artists as well as the first high-profile releases from some of the scene's hottest newcomer acts. The track list features brand new songs and spectacular remixes and rare recordings from the likes of Mesh, Front Line Assembly, Seabound, Pride And Fall, Decoded Feedback, Ghost & Writer, Dismantled, Stromkern, SKOLD, Informatik, Encephalon, Velvet Acid Christ, Acretongue, KMFDM and more. The tracklist also features the very first release by the newcomer act Radioaktivists.

3 years after the release of «Erosion», Process of Guilt finally return with their most accomplished effort to date. Exploring the monolithic roots of their music even further, «FÆMIN» displays a new level of heavyness and purpose for the four-piece, while preserving the dark atmospheres already associated with their music intact. Mixed by Andrew Schneider (at Translator Audio Studios in New York) and mastered by Collin Jordan (at The Boiler Room in Chicago), «FÆMIN» builds upon 5 concise tracks, shorter for the band standards, but overall more intense and scorching than anything they've done before. Steadily moving through dynamic rhythm changes, the band explores a more diverse vocal approach, mantra-like grooves, a crushing rhythm session, an everlasting love for feedback and more huge riffs than you can ask for in under 45 minutes.

German progressive rock/metal upcomers PIGEON TOE have revealed another track from their Lifeforce Records debut "The First Perception", entitled "The Chase". "The First Perception" is set to be released on April 24th in North America and a week later in Europe. France’s MEMORIES OF A DEAD MAN are set to unleash their second full-length album “V.I.T.R.I.O.L.” on April 20th through Klonosphere/Season of Mist. Produced in France by Etienne Sarthou (Aqme) and mastered in Sweden by Lindberg Magnus (Cult of Luna, Poison the Well, August Burns Red), “V.I.T.R.I.O.L” features 11 new themes that characterises MOADM’s engaging ability to switch between the intimate and the powerful with ease. Much like last year’s EP ‘Maze’, “V.I.T.R.I.O.L.” displays an ambitious blend of sounds and moods, fusing the hypnotically pulverising riffs of post-metal artists like The Ocean, Cult of Luna and Rosetta with the burning, full-hearted intensity of hardcore acts like Envy, and occasionally veering off into dreamy and ethereal ambiences that transport listeners into outer space.
