In July 2010 WITCHERY will return with the new album "Witchkrieg" and new vocalist Legion (ex-Marduk, ex-Devian). Jensen: "So it's finally, finally, FINALLY time for a new WITCHERY album! And not just any ol' new album, no sir. This is quite possibly the best WITCHERY album to date. Let me correct myself. This IS the best WITCHERY album to date. I know a lot of bands claim their current releases to be 'their best work' and everyone knows that's a load of bullshit. However, in our case, I can say its 100% true. If you don't believe me, then check out the album. You will notice how your flapping jaws slowly close, how you crank the volume and how you forget about your miserable life for while! On a sadder note, due to conflicting schedules, we have had to part ways with founding member Toxine. We wish our brother in metal all the best in the future. Therefore, I would like to introduce to the world, a new unholy axis of musical terror. We wish to welcome a new fulltime member to the WITCHERY coven; none other than: Legion!!!"- Details

Literally unstoppable Death/Grinders ABORTED have issued the following tour update:“Hey everyone, just a small update regarding the MACHINES OF GRIND tour we just started with our friends from ROTTEN SOUND. As we all know the package should have been completed by THE RED CHORD and THOSE WHO LIE BENEATH. Unfortunately, it seems the lord is not on our side and this whole volcano mess in Iceland, and the flight ban that followed, made it impossible for our American partners in crime to join the package. This left us struggling with what to do for several days, cancel the whole tour because we were facing increasing financial losses daily, or just grind on and say fuck it, no goddamn volcano is going to stop ROTTEN SOUND or ABORTED and Avocado Booking.

Finnish metal heads NORTHER are on the verge to release a brand new single! Last time NEW MODEL ARMY's confirmation already caused a stir and now the organizers come up already with the next fantastic new addition to the billing: DANKO JONES will also rock the campus in Essen on 4th July. Hardly any other band manages to add a pinch of Punk to Rock'n'Roll like the Canadian band does, and mixed with the unique announcements of DANKO JONES himself every show becomes a very special experience.
