Like many of you already know, the line-up of the band is going to change: "Angel, Geir, Fredrik and I decided a few months ago to take a break from Apop. Playing in Apop has been extremely time consuming for all of us the last many years, and we all felt it was about time to do other stuff, at least for the rest of 2009." "I am grateful for their devotional commitment, their friendship, their great work, and the innumerable concerts I had the honour to play with them.” says Stephan, and adds "We are all still good friends... I’m sure we’ll be working together again on future projects, but right now we all need all our time and energy to focus on our own careers"

After the surprising success of the first single ‘Über’s Wasser Gehen’, OBSCENITY TRIAL will release their second single with the title ‘Glück Auf' on 11th September 2009. Producer Tino Oac and the indicative studio (www.indicative-studio.de) set their hands on the new single like they did on ‘Über’s Wasser Gehen’. ’Glück Auf’ is an electro pop ballad that crawls under your skin. It is an anthem to life – honest, pure and direct. This time around, the song will be released digitally only thus, the upcoming third studio album ‘Soulstrip’ won’t be long in coming anymore.- Details

September 4th sees the long awaited release of some brand new Mesh material, namely the "Only better" MCD. The single lands after three years of almost total silence following their "We Collide" album. The single announces the arrival of the forthcoming CD "A Perfect Solution" to be released in October.
