HOLYHELL are in the studio to put the finishing touches on their debut album for the release on the Magic Circle Music label in summer 2009. Their EP ‘Apocalypse’ already entered the German single charts. Motivated by the worldwide feedback of the fans, HOLYHELL returned to the studio with the obligation to deliver the very best they’re capable of for their first complete album. The band, founded in 1988 around the charismatic singer Susan d’lavollo creates from the ingredients Goth Rock, Metal, and catchy melodies a hellish cocktail, independently from the mechanisms of music industry. The songs of the Italian-German trio are defined by an omnipresent, fascinating voice taking the listener on an emotional rollercoaster ride and addict them. CARPATHIAN FOREST front man NATTEFROST has entered the studio so that production work on his third full-length solo album can begin. With a working title of “Opfergang”, the album will feature guest appearances from musicians such as DIRGE REP (ORCUSTUS, SECHT) and VRANGSINN (CARPATHIAN FOREST, SECHT, A WASTE OF TALENT). The latter is also producing the album at his own studio in the south west of Norway. More details regarding guests, track listing etc., will be revealed shortly. Commenting on the new album NATTEFROST said: “Opfergang” has been recorded in pain, and was wrenched straight out of hell. The end-result will be the most brutal NATTEFROST album to date”.

German electro label which closed down end of 2007 is now fully back and plans even to release physical CDs again. Here is what label boss Stefan Herwig posted on the label website: Hello boys and girls,
I am writing this in English with the intention to reach as many people as possible right now. Please forgive me the inevitable grammar mistakes (English is not my native language) but I wanted this to be published along & simultaneously with the news we are releasing today as well (usually it takes Ned 2 to 3 days to translate, and longer texts like this one can sometimes take a full week).
