The twin festivals Hurricane and Southside ended successfully with acclaimed headliner shows in the best summer weather. The organizer FKP Scorpio draws a positive conclusion with almost 78,000 guests in Scheeßel and 62,000 guests in Neuhausen ob Eck. Advance sales for the coming year begin on Tuesday, June 20, 2023.

The music program offered an attractive mix of international headliners and exciting high-flyers. MUSE, DIE ÄRZTE, BILLY TALENT, KRAFTKLUB, PLACEBO, CASPER, PETER FOX, QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE and MARTERIA led the line-up, and many other acts such as TASH SULTANA, ASHNIKKO, RIN, BADMÓMZJAY, THE 1975 and NINA CHUBA prepared the line-up special concert moments for their fans. For the first time, the winners of the FLINTA* Newcomer Contest “Gamechanger” were on stage. With the competition, FKP Scorpio wants to contribute to a lively and diverse music culture. KARO LYNN and ATTIC STORIES prevailed from hundreds of applicants and after an online voting with thousands of votes cast also inspires your local audience.

The new era of OOMPH! Band announces new singer DER SCHULZ joining forces with CR4P and FLUX! New album, ‘Richter und Henker’, to be Released on September 8, 2023. First single and video with to be Released on July 11, 2023

Fans have eagerly waited for what seems like an eternity, but now, the time has finally come to unveil the new singer of OOMPH! Founding members CR4P and FLUX took all the time they needed to find their fitting third band member, and DER SCHULZ is just that person - combining everything the band has always been known for. From day one, the band searched for a third member who would not just act as a new singer, but who would embody each aspect and process of the band. With DER SCHULZ (known from the band UNZUCHT), who was involved in the creative aspects and songwriting process on the new album, the band successfully fulfilled their first lineup change in their 34 years of existence.

Ready for a killer show? In November 2023, the industrial horror sensation SKYND will come to Germany for several club shows - live in Leipzig, Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne and Frankfurt. Not much is known about the duo of eponymous singer Skynd and multi-instrumentalist Father; What is known, however, is that they founded their project in Sydney, Australia, in 2017. But their music doesn’t sound at all like the sunny Down Under.

You don’t have to explain much anymore: MADSEN are a brand in their own right. The band of the eponymous brothers Sascha, Johannes and Sebastian with their childhood friend Niko Maurer has been one of the most successful live & Rock acts in the country for almost 20 years. It’s hard to find a rock music lover who hasn’t seen MADSEN live at least once in the last 19 years. You could say: Festivals are simply part of the quintessence of the band.
