The 69 Eyes
THE 69 EYES have a good reason to celebrate: With over 20 years since the band's first album 'Bump'n'Grind came out, the band has just put out their latest effort, cryptically titled 'X'. Again, it has everything it takes to become a classic of the Goth rock genre. The disc comprises eleven tracks spanning from rock that is straight in your face over dance floor fillers to slow and delicate tracks.
With this one, the band takes a step back in their own history in terms of sound and has grown significantly more rocking than before while lyrically Jyrki69's voica and lines still coin the sound significantly. So it has been made cvlear that there is lots of diversity to find on 'X', for instance with 'Tonight', breathing the decadence of the cold war while its counterpart 'I'm Ready' takes you into hostile desert environment with a 
pinch of Blues Rock.
Such an anniversary of course has to be celebrated properly on stage just as well. Said and almost done. THE 69 EYES will be touring through journey starting on 26th January and grace your ears with the brand new stuff as well as classics of their large repertoire. The dates are as follows:
