Revolverheld
REVOLVERHELD are embarking to their big "Immer in Bewegung" tour through Germany and will stop in the middle of the tour in their hometown Hamburg. The homonymous album was published in September 2013 and is the fourth long-player of the in 2002 founded band. Since then, they changed their name from MANGA to TSUMANIKILLER to REVOLVERHELD in 2004.
They started as opening act for other German rock bands like SILBERMOND and DIE HAPPY and earned more and more fame in the German rock scene. So, they could published their very first album ‘Revolverheld’ in 2005, which was awarded with platinum last year. Their singles always vary in the chart positions from Top Ten positions or only in the last Top 100, but mostly where standing there over many weeks.
The band comprises three guitarists and also singers, Johannes Strate, Kristoffer Hünecke and Niels Grötsch plus Jakob Sinn on the drums. In 2012, bassist Florian Speer left the band. Since then, they never searched for a replacement. With typical German Rock-Pop melodies, REVOLVERHELD invite the fans to sing and clap along with them and their emotional lyrics. At the concerts, you can look forward to a good mix out of strengthen rock sounds and romantic ballads.
