When in 1992 the four-piece DIE FANTASTISCHEN VIER released their single ‘Die Da’ it came like a bombshell. It not only was an extremely successful song itself, but also made German hip hop more popular than ever before. Along with the release of their album ‘Die 4. Dimension’ in 1993, the band made a transition to a rather serious form of hip hop music, incorporating lyrics about human self-perception which even more increased their popularity within the German music scene - and even beyond.
In 2010 now they have put out their 8th album to date ‘Für Dich Immer Noch Fanta Sie’ and take that as opportunity again to tour the republic. Even though the show at Cologne’s Lanxess Arena surely won’t be streamed to various cinemas simultaneously while going down this time it will be an event to thrill and captivate an enormous crowd at the venue so don’t miss it.
