Founded in 1995, the FOO FIGHTERS rose to fame and three of their albums actually were rewarded with a Grammy Award. It’s almost redundant to say that FOO FIGHTERS which initially consisted of DAVE GROHL only and grew to a band in the following time, have acquired a loyal and international fan base.
With songs such as ‘Ill Stick Around’ or ‘This Is A Call’ from the very first album, followed by an evergreen like ‘Learn To Fly’ or ‘Breakout’ off the second instalment ‘The Colour And The Shape’ which was one of three albums in the band’s career to receive a Grammy award as “Best Rock Album”. Just recently, the band has put out their latest record ‘Wasting Light’ with which they’re going to invade a few German stages like the Lanxess Arena’s on 23rd August.
