Stuttgarter Sternstunden: Placebo; 30 Seconds To Mars + special guest
Mercedes-Benz will turn 125 years this year. As thanks to Stuttgart there is a 5-day event programme of the car manufacturer, among other things with the international football match between Germany and Brazil in the beginning.
Nevertheless, one of the highlights of the event might be undoubtedly the Open air spectacle on 11th of August, 2011 on the Schloßplatz in Stuttgart! Headliner is the British Alternative Rock band PLACEBO around singer Brian Molko. According to own data this will be their only festival appearance this year. Furthermore the US-American Alternative Rock band 30 SECONDS TO MARS, which received lots of prices for their music during the last years, will play this evening.
Approx. 35,000 spectators are expected in this evening. The tickets are sold for a “thank-you”-price of 15 EUR incl. VVS ticket - what is a really nice “thank-you” gesture for such an event!
