Itchy’s Legacy! ‘Back From Hell’ from 2008 is the last composition by Itchy aka Gregory John McCormick and will be released for the first time this year. It will surely soon be one of his most popular and most valued works - in any case ‘Back From Hell’ is a requiem for the exceptional artist of the cult band SHOCK THERAPY, who died much too soon. Peter Ehrenfeld, AR of the band, label owner and friend: “When Itchy came out of jail and we had lively telephone contact again, we made plans for the future. It was his wish that I should put together and publish a 3-CD box from SHOCK THERAPY. Even then, I already had Itchy’s complete archive, and we also ran a studio together.” Per Anders Kurenbach, a student of Itchy and the band’s keyboard player, finally completed the present work on behalf of Peter Ehrenfeld.
