PRIMITIVE WEAPONS from Brooklyn, USA, have released their 7-song debut album, ‘The Shadow Gallery’, on Prosthetic Records. The band delivered a really good and eclectic debut, hardly to be categorised and just to put onto a genre drawer. It presents influences of Hardcore, Sludge, Doom, Progressive and various other elements. And even though the album is quite short, it seems to be complete as it is.
Conclusion: It takes a little time until you are into the album, but if you have access to it, id unfolds its complete beauty.
