FREEDOM CALL are back with their 8th studio album titled 'Beyond'. In this album we have 14 tracks of Melodic Power Metal heavy influenced by HELLOWEEN and GAMMA RAY, something which happens in all FREEDOM CALL albums. The album has fast tracks with catchy choruses, some slower songs, songs about heroes, good job on guitars fine vocals but nothing that we didn't have in the previous albums of the band and nothing “beyond” the classic HELLOWEEN and GAMMA RAY sound. Best songs of the album in my opinion are ‘Knights Of Taragon’, ‘Heart Of A Warrior’, ‘Beyond’ and ‘Edge Of The Ocean’.
Conclusion: The FREEDOM CALL fans will be satisfied for the rest I’m not sure.
