Bad Omens - “Concrete forever Tour” - Special guests: Poppy
Now that was quick. Less than a year after their ‘The Death of Peace of Mind’ Tour, BAD OMENS are back on the road much to the delight of their new fan base. While in 2023 the Live Music Hall was big enough for the crowd, now the much larger Palladium has been sold-out TWICE in a heartbeat, which serves as a sign that TikTok not only can produce Trap artists.

Architects - “European Tour 2024” - Special guests: Spiritbox, Loathe
People in North-Western Germany had the unique opportunity to see British Metalcore pioneers ARCHITECTS plus two massive support acts - SPIRITBOX and LOATHE - in one of the bigger venues of that area. Fans of the band did not miss the chance, so the Halle Münsterland was sold out with over 6,000 people attending.

XX Planet Myer Day 2024 with Dina Summer, Architect feat. Emese Árvai-Illés (Black Nail Cabaret), Monya, Tilly Electronics, Asia Imbiss, zalvox
The Planet Myer Day festival marked its 20th anniversary this year, and it certainly did so in style. The organizers curated an engaging line-up and cultivated a genuinely festive atmosphere. This was my inaugural experience at both the festival and Moritzbastei, and I must confess my delight - both with the venue, the amiable staff, and the diverse audience in attendance. The club space offered a setting for more intimate conversations, moments of relaxation, and the vibrating energy of both club and concert experiences. Considering all these elements, it’s not surprising that the festival maintains unwavering popularity among enthusiasts of dark sounds.

Sierra
After concluding a successful tour alongside CARPENTER BRUT, acclaimed French Synthwave artist, producer, and singer SIERRA released her debut album ‘A Story Of Anger’ on September 15, 2023, under Virgin Records France. It comprises eleven emotive tracks that delve into her distinctive sonic realm. The album draws inspiration from Synthwave, EBM, and Darkwave, delivering moody ebbs and flows that traverse the spectrum from violence and melancholy to sweetness and brutality.

Rroyce - “10 Years Rroyce” - Support: Wiegand
Casi Kriegler (lyrics, voice), André (AL) Lelittko (guitar) and Kay Lippka (keys) had the first live experience on the occasion of the underground band contest “UNBACO” in January 2013, in which RROYCE emerged victorious from 64 bands. Ten years later the Dortmund based trio celebrated their 10th stage anniversary with a two-day double show at Kulttempel Oberhausen. We reported about it here.
