KÆLAN MIKLA’s new single ‘Hvítir Sandar’ is now streaming on all platforms. The track is a collaboration with French post-metal pioneers ALCEST. ‘Hvítir Sandar’ appears on KÆLAN MIKLA’s forthcoming ‘Undir Köldum Norðumljósum’, the fourth album by the Icelandic band, set for an October 15th release on Artoffact Records. KÆLAN MIKLA gives this statement about the song: “‘Hvítir Sandar’ is about feeling like you’re being defeated by your inner faults and demons. It’s about self-acceptance. Even if you carry a darkness within, it’s what makes you who you are, and you shouldn’t have to change for other people.”- Details

On December 11, the largest indoor Metal festival in southern Germany will take place again in the Schwarzwald-Halle in Karlsruhe - POWERWOLF have been confirmed as headliners. How long did Rock fans have to wait for this news - a real exceptional festival is looming! Last year the organizers were forced to communicate the pandemic-related relocation, but this year there is probably the best news to report: The popular indoor Rock festival is taking place! As one of the first festival organizers, the Karlsruhe agency Bottom Row decided to get the live business going again after the lengthy forced break. At the festival, which will take place as usual in the Schwarzwald-Halle, full capacity utilization can be expected despite the 3G or possibly 2G rule that has now become common. Tickets already purchased from 2020 will remain valid as promised.- Details

The indoor festival for fans of the black scene returns to Weissenhäuser Strand on October 29th and 30th, 2021. Recently, organizer FKP Scorpio announces nine more names and completes this year’s line-up, for which a few last tickets are still available. The PLAGE NOIRE is currently planned as a 3G event (in English “vaccinated, recovered or tested”). All details on how this concept will be implemented will be announced as soon as possible after the ordinance is published on October 18.- Details

Goethes Erben - Kammerkonzert “Flüchtige Küsse”
GOETHES ERBEN are a real legend of the German Gothic and Alternative Music scene. Founded more than 25 years ago by Oswald Henke and Peter Seipt, their music, above all the voice of Oswald, has been an unmistakable part of the Gothic subculture with their sometimes dark, sometimes melancholic, sometimes ironic and often political songs. Peter Seipt left the band shortly after their genesis. After different changes of members, the band consists now of Oswald Henke (vocals), Tom Rödel (guitar), Tobias Schäfer (keyboard, piano) and Markus Köstner (drums, percussion).
