After DEAD CAN DANCE had to postpone their tour through Germany originally planned for spring 2021, the band has now confirmed new dates for their “Europe 2022” tour, during which they will return to our stages in April next year. DEAD CAN DANCE is Brendan Perry and Lisa Gerrard, two passionate musicians who formed an extraordinary duo in the pubs of Melbourne in the early 80s. Shaped by the cultural diversity around them, Brendan and Lisa - both of whom have Anglo-Irish roots - independently developed their own style in their numerous pub appearances. The two have been making music together since the early 80s and have been an artist collective for three decades now.

The Southern Metal institution MASTODON has announced their ninth studio album: ‘Hushed And Grim’ will be released on October 29, 2021 on Reprise Records. Parallel to the pre-order start with all digital partners, the new album by the four US rockers can now also be pre-ordered in various physical configurations. When the three remaining original members of MADRUGADA got together again in 2019 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their debut album ‘Industrial Silence’, this not only led to almost 100 concerts, including a triumphant parade across the European continent, festivals across Norway and two sold out shows at the Spektrum in Oslo. Artoffact Records announces the November 5th release of ‘Hindsight’, the new album by SPECTRES, and releases new single ‘Tell Me’. Founded in Vancouver in 2005 by vocalist Brian Gustavson, SPECTRES is commonly cited as one of the bands responsible for kicking off the renewed interest in the post-punk sound in Canada. The band spent the pandemic year off in the studio, fine tuning their craft and recording new tracks for Hindsight. The last track on the album and lead-off single, ‘Tell Me’, was covered by Stereogum upon release. Writer Ryan Leas noted that ‘Tell Me’ “finds [SPECTRES] moving a bit further up the [retro] timeline, delving into some deep NEW ORDER vibes.
