Sodom, Accu§er & Iron Walrus
For over 35 years, SODOM, Germany’s Thrash Metal prime fathers around Tom Angelripper, have been doing what they do best indefatigably. Line-up changes never derogated the style of the band, and against all odds, they are still alive and kicking - ‘Decision Day’, their newest album released in late 2016, is the best example for that.

Castle Broich, Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany30th June to 1st July 2017
Castle Rock 2017 with Darkhaus, The Dark Tenor, Ost+Front, Crematory, Moonspell and many more
After we've seen the Burg Folk for the last time in 2016, the Castle Rock Festival still holds its position at castle Broich, so we can enjoy it this year again with an extraordinary line-up. With a stage in the picturesque atmosphere of the castle and its surrounding area, this nice and small festival offers a real good alternative to the big festivals in Germany. And with a friendly host and a great line-up as usual, it is always worth a trip.

June 8, marked the live premier for Triggerfinger’s brand new single ‘Flesh Tight’. The band played the song live on Belgian prime time television show ‘Van Gils & gasten’. Making this performance even more unique, was the appearance of old friend and keyboardist David Poltrock, who will be joining the band on the upcoming live tour.Triggerfingers new single ‘Flesh Tight’, sounds like a catwalk strut across Sunset Boulevard driven by pulsating guitars. Vocalist/guitarist Ruben Block about the song: “The basic ingredients for Flesh Tight were written pretty quickly. More or less one flow, connecting the driving guitar-strum and struttin' beat with the "flesh-tight-feelings" image. They stuck to each other. I preferred Flesh tight opposed to skin tight because it sounded more.. fleshy... There's something uplifting, yet private and personal in the words.”

New album by duo of Edward Ka-Spel (The Legendary Pink Dots) and cEvin Key (Skinny Puppy)! It has been nearly 50 years since the first Brown Acid Caveat was issued to a million hippies in a field at the first Woodstock Festival. In these dark, more knowing times, The Tear Garden felt it was the perfect moment to mark their 30th Anniversary with a similar warning, especially as their 1987 debut album bore the declaration 'We Will Pour Our Jars in Reservoirs' on its back cover. In fact, say the duo, "we were joking. Despite the madness you may perceive all around you right now, those jars were stashed on the highest shelf of a kitchen cupboard and the key was tossed into the ocean. Our sole wish is to introduce beauty to the medieval landscape we appear to be trapped in right now. There will be no brown paint splashed around. Beauty survives, even underneath the ugliest, heaviest rock. Feel the Love. Don't touch the brown acid. EK & CK"
