Laibach
LAIBACH's “The Sound of Music Tour 2016” is just around the corner. On April 6, the retro-avant-garde music and cross-media group from Ljubljana, Slovenia, is going to play in the Christuskirche in Bochum. Last summer, LAIBACH presented a controversial program in Pyongyang and you can expect to see parts of this performance on the upcoming tour. Moreover, there will be reinterpretations of some songs from the renowned musical ‘Sound of Music’. The band will also perform old pieces such as ‘Now You Will Pay’ and ‘The Great Divide’ from the 2003 album WAT. Get your tickets, if you're into diverse tunes of the electro pop, martial, and neoclassical kind and ‘Tanz mit Laibach’ (‘Dance with Laibach’)!

IAMX
Are you ready for a “glam orgy in cabaret decorations” and “lots of emotion, grand gestures, Japanese porn, bass, sweat and tears”? Are you in for a “glorious mess”? That's how British composer, producer, multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, and video artist Chris Corner once described a typical IAMX live show to those who haven't experienced the band live before. You can look forward to eccentric performances, unique costumes, and impressive sets with visual effects when this innovative electronic act will hit the stages in Germany in the beginning of April.

Chvrches
All the blogs in the world agree when it comes to the band CHVRCHES: they're the big thing from Scotland with an immensely impressive sound. Their singles ‘Lies’ and ‘The Mother We Share’ have convinced listeners with jagged synths, shimmering melodies, and the enchanting voice of singer Lauren Mayberry. So, CHVRCHES have come fifths in the BBC's “Sound of 2013” music list. After their debut entitled ‘The Bones of What You Believe’, they published their second album ‘Every Open Eye’ last September. Now, in April, CHVRCHES will visit Germany for a short promotional tour. Come out on April 4, if you want to see and hear the electro pop trio in Cologne's E-Werk.
