How do you top a burner such as MESH's "Automation Baby" from 2013? Back then, the band not only hit the top 30 but also released a future fan-favourite ("What can possibly come after this?", they cheered) with strong singles, ruling the clubs and your home stereo alike. Also, the duo had written its heaviest and most energetic songs so far. The just reward were more successful tours and an ever-increasing fan base. Parlophone Records are proud to announce DAVID BOWIE ‘WHO CAN I BE NOW? (1974 – 1976)’ the second in a series of box sets spanning his career from 1969. The follow up to the awarding winning and critically acclaimed DAVID BOWIE ‘FIVE YEARS (1969 – 1973)’ will be released on 23rd September and will contain the previously unreleased album from 1974 called ‘THE GOUSTER’. Pixies
On 18th July 2016, PIXIES played an open air show in Berlin. During their show at the citadel Spandau, the legendary band presented also some new songs from their second post-reunion album ‘Head Carrier‘, to be released in upcoming September, among others the single ‘Um Chagga Lagga’. The album was produced by Tom Dalgety, who already worked with KILLING JOKE, at the Rak Studios in London.
